Before launching his own makeup, hair and wig studio, Noel worked for The Juilliard School in New York and The Santa Fe Opera in Santa Fe, New Mexico, as a makeup artist and wig designer. He is also a graduate of The Aveda Institute in New York with a focus in cosmetology.

His credits include: Van Dam Fashion Show, Crystal Ball Dancesport Competition, Turandot, Lucio Silla, Barber of Seville, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Lincoln Center Art Show, Macbeth, East Coast USA Pageant, Miss Mexico International,and NYU Diva Ball.
