Helen founded Serve The Goddess in 2000, is a published author and has more than 20 years of study and practice in the health care and massage therapy field. She was also featured in Channel 4's 'JUST FOR YOU' segment on the Benefits of Massage, Discovery Channel, Canada, MTV as well as appearances on the E Channel. Helen believes in holistic massage as a means for healing and empowerment of the individual and couples. She is available for private instruction for couples to learn the art of massage.

Our Services Include

Swedish Massage - The focus is on relaxing the muscles, easing the aches and pains …aaaaaaah…divine. Perfect for de-stressing the body.

Deep Tissue Massage    - This involves a more intense application of strokes and direct pressure aimed at relieving chronic pain.

Chair Massage    - A great alternative to table massage.. Perfect for groups and for the first timers to massage as it's done over clothing, saves time and embarrassment of having to get undressed and on the table, no oils are used and it targets key areas like neck and shoulders. Choose 30, 20, or 15 minutes

Foot and Hand Rejuvenating Treatments - Your feet and hands are cleansed and soaked in a bath of natural salts, lavender, tea tree and rosemary essential oils and the ultimate, rose petals. Your nails are then trimmed, shaped and polished. Time is 45 minutes.

Nail services - Enjoy manicures and pedicures.

"Face" Your Inner Goddess    - This ultimate pampering experience is designed to soften and smooth the skin. A healing remedy for the harsh effects of sun and smog. This treatment leaves your face hydrated, renewed and you will feel truly relaxed.

Make up Application - Mineral based make up enriched with vitamins. The perfect quickie beauty makeup to get you going.
