Steamed & deliciously firm.	FAJITAS Steak or chicken breast, sauteed onions, bell peppers. & achiote. Cooked to perfection.
CARNITAS Braised pork, cooked & served with pico de gallo and tortillas.	CHILE RELLENOS Fresh chile pasillas roasted and peeled, then stuffed with jack cheese and topped with salsa roja and mangos.	ENCHILADAS Rolled corn tortillas filled with cheese, chicken, or steak.
