I have been a fine dining chef in the High Country of North Carolina for the past eleven years. After training at the Culinary Institute of America and years of cooking in hotels, restaurants and country clubs I am excited to bring my experience into your home. I have successfully grown a private chef service in the mountains and have relocated to Charlotte and work both areas.

Hiring a Private Chef should be a unique and exciting experience. I offer the opportunity to join your guests and enjoy a stress free party. From the shopping to clean up I take care of everything.

We start off with a consultation at your home. At this point we will plan out a gourmet menu. Typically appetizers for the cocktail hour, salad, entrée(s) and dessert. All of which are made from scratch. We will also determine the amount of staff needed based on the type and size of the event.

A tour of your kitchen and dining room to determine table ware and to familiarize myself with the available hardware. Next I will visit the necessary markets for the freshest ingredients.

On the day of the party I arrive in enough time to prepare the menu. The wait staff will serve the meal and clear the table for each course. At the end of the meal all left over food is packaged , labeled and stored properly. The dining area and kitchen are cleaned as if nothing ever took place.
