The Sierra 3
The Sierra 3 is an experienced jazz Trio which is ideal for wedding receptions, parties, corporate events - all special occasions. Our repertoire includes swing tunes, jazz standards, latin tunes, ballads and jazz waltzes. We are based in Grass Valley but travel regularly to events in the Bay Area, Napa, Tahoe and other points in Northern California. We've gotten great feedback at all events at which we've played.
The Cats
The Cats: We sizzle, soothe and scintillate -- varying the mood to suit your event. The Cats is an experienced jazz trio, three friends who play alto flute, bass and drums. We play swing music, salsa, jazz standards and bossa novas. We provide ambient background music and rhythmic music suitable for dancing.
Trois Amis
Trois Amis ("Three Friends"), is a classical trio whose instrumentation is flute, violin, and cello. The sound is similar to a string quartet with the flute complementing the strings with its sweet, round tone.
Duo Classique
Duo Classique is our flute and cello duo. Both versatile and economical, this group specializes in classical music and is very experienced playing for wedding ceremonies, receptions, parties -- any special occasion.
