Our Mission
THE THEME FACTORY of PHILADELPHIA mission is to make available for rental and sale, quality scenic elements for use in Special Events, Museum exhibitions, thematic Restaurant and trade show displays or any venue requiring creative designing and fabrication.

Company Profile
THE THEME FACTORY of PHILADELPHIA is divided primarily into a prop rental and a custom manufacturing entity. The company occupies an area in excess of 87,000 sq. feet.

The manufacturing part of the company takes an arts and crafts approach rather than mass production to building scenic elements. The shop features cnc milling, vacu-forming, rotocasting, foam and other resin casting, mold creation, sculpting, wood working, painting and signmaking using virtually any form of material available to produce the desired product.

The rental part of the company stores and maintains props and backdrops. Planners and individuals responsible for developing and implementing Special Events have access to over 60,000 sq. ft. of props and theme ideas enabling them to develop their company and individual goals with reasonable budgets.

Over 95 percent of the props in The Theme Factory warehouse are designed and built by The Theme Factory and are designed for easy setup and breakdown allowing the decorator to decide whether they wish to install the props themeselves or have The Theme Factory install for them.

Delivery and pickup is also an option for the decorator.
